<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust port assembly capable of applying to any containers irrespective of any characteristics on the structure of a container. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust port assembly of the liquid filling container is provided with an annular groove, a first container adhering section, a second container adhering section, a lid jointing section formed in the upper section, a screw thread formed around the above lid jointing section, a skirt securing member, the body including a pair of aligned grooves, an exhaust port being inserted slidably along a perpendicular passage into the perpendicular passage of the above body, and a lid jointed by screwing to the screw thread of the lid jointing section of the above body. The exhaust port includes an elongated tube member, a lower annular protrusion, at least one outflow hole, an annular lid jointing protrusion, an upper annular protrusion, and a fluid passage.
