<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment to simplify the attachment and detachment of a storage medium such as a memory card, and to easily carry out wiring between electronic parts at the time of manufacturing an equipment main body. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic equipment includes: a cover part main body 3 equipped with a display part to display such information as time; a bearing part 4 connected through a hinge part 5 to the cover part main body 3 so as to be opened/closed, and equipped with a band 6 to be mounted on the wrist of a user; a holding means to hold the closed status of the cover part main body 3 and the bearing part 4; and a cassette 21 in which a storage medium such as a memory card 2 which stores various information is housed so as to be attachable/detachable.
