<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability electronic money system capable of surely preventing exposure of ID information. <P>SOLUTION: A CD 1 created by recording a money management program and by recording an individual number read in operating a computer as a money management means by the program is used. An accounting management server 2 has a database composed by relating each individual number to amount information, retrieves, when a cost withdrawal request to an individual number is issued through an electric communication line, the amount information corresponding to the individual number, reduces the cost portion and sends back withdrawal confirmation information when the amount information is above the withdrawal cost, and sends back insufficient fund information when it is below the withdrawal cost. A computer PC is operated as a money management means by reproducing the CD 1, and reads the individual number.
