<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine management system capable of performing maintenance and management of a vending machine at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The vending machine is provided with a transmitting means transmitting at least one of pieces of information about a trouble of an own machine, information about goods which the own machine has and information about changes which the own machine has to a maintenance terminal. It is provided with a maintenance terminal provided with a receiving means receiving at least one of pieces of information about the trouble of the vending machine, information about the goods which the vending machine has and information about the changes which the vending machine has from the vending machine and a display means displaying at least one of the information about the trouble of the vending machine, the pieces of information about the goods which the vending machine has and the information about the changes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
