<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a food related enterprise a positive incentive to for actively take measure and make an investment in an improvement of safety of food. <P>SOLUTION: In this food safety maintenance management system constructed of a management system 1 in the food related enterprise, an audit system 2 in a food safety audit organization, and an insurance system 3 in an insurance company 3 connected one another via a network 4, the management system collects safety data about predetermined evaluation items concerned with the maintenance management condition of food safety to transmit them to the audit system. The audit system audits the received data, evaluates them by using previously created criterion data, ranks food to be secured and/or the food related enterprise according to the evaluation result, and transmits these data to the management system and the insurance system. The insurance system sets/checks a premium of nonlife insurance by using the evaluation result and the ranking data of the audit system to transmit it to the management system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
