<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance conveying in/out handling ability with respect to a storage means by suppressing generation of the retention state of following traveling trucks caused by conveying in/out handling of preceding traveling trucks. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying system is provided with a storage means 14 capable of storing a plurality of articles 20; a plurality of traveling trucks 13 for loading and conveying the articles 20 conveyed in or out to the storage means 14; a main traveling path 12 forming a track of closed loop traveling-movable with the traveling trucks 13; a branch traveling path 17 branched from the main traveling path 12, passing through the neighborhood to the storage means 14 and merging with the main traveling path 12; a conveying-in means 18 provided at each one or more corresponding to the main traveling path 12 and the branch traveling path 17, connected to the storage means 14 respectively, placed with the articles 20 conveyed by the traveling truck 13 and conveying-in the articles 20 to the storage means 14; and a conveying out means 19 provided at each one or more corresponding to the main traveling path 12 and the branch traveling path 17, connected to the storage means 14 respectively and conveying out the articles 20 from the storage means 14 to a position loadable on the traveling truck 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
