METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTIC SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet manufacturing method for manufacturing a plastic sheet of high resolution with high productivity without causing the positional shift of a core sheet and a film after lamination by using a conventional electrophotographic device as an image forming means without largely remodeling the same, and also to provide a plastic sheet manufacturing apparatus using it.

SOLUTION: This plastic sheet manufacturing method includes: an image forming process for forming an image on the surface of the film by an electrophotographic system; a positioning process for positioning a laminate wherein two films are laminated through a core sheet so as to be opposed to each other; and a lamination process for laminating two films through the core sheet by heating/pressing the positioned laminate. The lamination process includes: an elongation preventing process (the region A in Fig.) for preventing the elongation of the laminate; a bonding process (the region B in Fig.) for heating/pressing the laminate after the elongation preventing process; and a cooling process (the region C in Fig.) for cooling the laminate after the bonding process. The plastic sheet manufacturing apparatus using the method is disclosed.
