PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving device applicable to a four wheel vehicle and capable of suppressing a drop in power transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: The driving device of a hybrid car has an engine 1, a second motor generator 8, and a first power distribution unit 50 distributing the power of the engine 1 to wheels 21, 22, and a first motor generator 2. It also has a second power distribution unit 51 distributing the power of the second motor generator 8 to the first wheel 21 and the second wheel 22, and clutches C1 and C3 transmitting the power distributed from the engine 1 to the first power distribution unit 50 to one of the first wheel 21 and the second wheel 22 through an output axis 18.
