PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of enhancing design flexibility and preventing inconvenience such that something is caught by a portion exposed to the exterior of a positioning member. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus (first carrying device 102) is equipped with a chassis 1, a cover 21 attached to the chassis 1, conduction members including leaf springs 13 and 15 and leaf spring engagement parts 25 to 27 for providing continuity between the chassis 1 and the cover 21, and positioning members including positioning pins 11 provided on the chassis 1 and guide members 22 having insertion holes 22a provided in the cover 21.
