<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience in toner bottle replacement and also to prevent unexpected trouble resulting from user's improper operation. <P>SOLUTION: When an operator such as a user performs a specific operation to replace a toner bottle, a drive motor 41Y is driven to rotate the toner bottle 32Y. Consequently, a toner discharging opening D is automatically closed by an opening/closing shutter 36Y. That is, to detach the toner bottle from the part to which the bottle is attached, the operator only performs the specific operation, opens the opening/closing cover 50, and takes out the empty toner bottle from the part to which the bottle is attached.
