<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electricity rate paid by a consumer to an electric company by presenting diversification in contract with the electric company allowing the consumer to arbitrarily select in the case of a housing complex where a plurality of electricity consumers live. <P>SOLUTION: This business system is so structured that a plurality of consumers living in a housing complex shows the will of joint purchase by concluding a commission contract of an electricity purchase source selection right between an electricity retail broker and the consumers by using the Internet; and thereby the electricity retail broker deals with the entire housing complex as a single consumer by using a power condition introduced into a shared site of the housing complex as a contract condition in selecting an electricity rate menu. In the business system, the electricity retail broker carries out this new contract method in behalf of the consumers, and the power contract with the least expensive electric company is provided for the consumers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
