<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber vessel which can easily be provided with a closing means for surely preventing a medical accident of giving only unmixed medicine to a patient while keeping a partitioning means arranged in the vessel in unreleased state. <P>SOLUTION: A cup shape member 13 having the closing means is inserted and fixed to a plug main body 12 disposed in the medicine storage chamber of the vessel with the chambers 1, so as to perform blocking between a plug 11 and the medicine storage having the plug. The closing means is constituted to have strength being equal to or not less than that of the partitioning means.
