摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for correcting the light irradiation position of an optical reconstruction type gate array with which positioning accuracy is automatically corrected by correcting a light direction. <P>SOLUTION: An x-coordinate correction optical circuit 3, a y-coordinate correction optical circuit 4, a first rotation direction correction optical circuit 5 and a second rotation direction correction optical circuit 6 are disposed between a hologram 1 which is an optical information storage medium and an LSI part 2. A photodiode array 7 consisting of two-dimensionally arrayed photodiodes, which are a light receiving part, is formed on the LSI part 2. Any of the x-coordinate correction optical circuit 3, the y-coordinate correction optical circuit 4, the first rotation direction correction optical circuit 5 and the second rotation direction correction optical circuit 6 is constructed of a birefringent optical crystal which has ordinary light and extraordinary light such as calcite and a spatial light modulator which changes over the polarization direction of incident light with voltage application.
