<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed platform truck equipped with a small energy consumption heater for warming places of operation, by revising a fixed platform truck fitted with an electric driving device and a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: This invention concerns a fixed platform truck equipped with an electric driving device 6, a fuel cell system 1, and a heater designed for warming the place of operation, in which the heater can be operated by means of heat arising during the operation of the fuel cell system 1. Waste heat from a fuel cell system is usually discharged without being used or intentionally ejected through a cooling circuit.
