<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the supply of a more convenient advertisement by reflecting users' opinions for distributing advertisement information according to current position information transmitted from a mobile unit terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An advertiser's terminal B, a vehicle-mounted terminal C for transmitting current position information, and a server A for transmitting information are used. When the server A receives the current position information from the vehicle-mounted terminal C, advertisement information is selected and transmitted to the vehicle-mounted terminal C, based on the received current position information from an advertisement information database for accumulating the advertiser's advertisement information.
