PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing device in demand for the market which is able to deal with image data as circulating documents or the like. SOLUTION: A document managing device 100 is able to manage the image data of a printed matter fetched by a scanner or the like as a circulating document. A display screen 50 is set as a display screen in circulation to be displayed at a client device 20. A circulating image 52 and an object-added button 60 are displayed on the display screen 50. The object-added button 60 is set as a button to add an object to the circulating image 52.
