PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application management device capable of processing a plurality of applications in parallel on a single process or a single virtual machine. SOLUTION: An application management table 222 manages the current state of each application. A thread group management table 223 manages the current state of each thread. A thread group control part 221 updates the application management table 222 and the thread group management table 223 according to events occurring at the plurality of applications, and outputs instructions matching the events to a multi-thread management part 113.
