PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety controller for reducing the number of wiring, and for easily constructing a system and a system using it. SOLUTION: This safety controller is provided with first and second CPUs 17 and 18 which serves as a control part for controlling a safety output to the target of the control of safety output such as a magnet contactor and an internal safety output for logical connection for other safety controllers on the basis of a safety input from input equipment such as a safety door switch and an internal safety input for logical connection from the other relay unit.
