PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a guide book easy to use. SOLUTION: Information necessary for creating the guide book is collected by interactive processing. The processing is performed by using input screens varied corresponding to editing of a procedure of the creation of the guide book, editing of drawings, setting of a related material, etc. Those input screens are opened with a single depression from a specially provided tool bar.
