PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby an ASP enterprise providing a service for utilizing the VoIP on an IP network can simply carry out voice speech recording on the IP network. SOLUTION: A voice speech recording method is employed for a voice speech network system including a service control apparatus, a voice conference apparatus, and a voice recording apparatus and providing a VoIP service on the IP network. Further, the service control apparatus employing the voice speech recording method calls the voice conference apparatus and an optional called party, establishes a speech session between a caller and the called party via the voice conference apparatus to shift the session into a communication state, calls the voice recording apparatus and the voice conference apparatus to connect the voice recording apparatus to the voice conference apparatus, joins the voice conference apparatus to the speech session in the communication state via the voice conference apparatus to bring the speech into a multi-party conference state, and the voice recording apparatus records a voice speech between the caller and the called party.
