PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which appropriately treats and arranges the cable wiring at the back of a rack. SOLUTION: Rack attaching part 1 is attached onto a rack back surface at a proper height to match the rack. A cable housing section 2 is then positioned in the height direction and attached to the rack mounting parts 1 near the apparatus back surface. The cable housing section 2 is added and attached according to the number of apparatuses located on the rack. In order to prevent dust and to hide the treatment state, the cable housing section is covered with a cover 8. Since cables pass up and down along the rack mounting parts 1, a panel 4 is located in order to hide them.
