PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively reduce disk surface wobbling in a recording/reproducing position in a disk radial direction. SOLUTION: In a stabilizing member 5 extended in the radial direction of an optical disk to suppress the surface wobbling of the optical disk by using an aerodynamic operation force based on Bernoulli's law, the curvature radius Rb of an disk outer peripheral part is set smaller than the curvature radius Ra of an inner peripheral part (Ra>Rb), and the effective area width of disk circumferential direction in the stabilizing member 5 is set constant at La=Lb in inner and outer peripheries.
