PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire mold capable of improving tire finishing process work and enhancing the appearance of the product tire, a plug used in the vent hole of the tire mold and the tire manufactured using the tire mold. SOLUTION: A large number of vent holes 2 for discharging air, which is accumulated between the mold 1 and the tire W at the time of vulcanization molding of the tire, are formed to the mold 1. Each of the vent holes 2 in this embodiment is provided with a stepped part equipped with a large diameter recessed part 2a and a medium diameter recessed part 2b both of which pierce through the mold 1 from the inner surface 1a thereof to the outside and a detachable plug main body 3 shown by Fig. 2 and integrally formed from a heat-resistant resin is mounted in each of the vent holes 2.
