PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide unmanned evacuation equipment capable of forming an escape way from an upper story down to a lower one in response to an external signal in an emergency such as a disaster or the like. SOLUTION: The evacuation equipment to form an escape way from an upper story down to a lower one for a building comprises a lid part to cover an upper part of an escape gate, an unmanned driving means to automatically open/close the lid part in response to the external signal, and a ladder to extend down to a floor of the lower story in conjunction with opening-up motion of the lid part.
