PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexible building blocks having intellectual toys in which educational elements are incorporated regarding the building blocks for toddler for which the surface of a padding made of cotton or a flexible expanded body, or the like, is covered with a flexible sheet material such as a cloth or a flexible synthetic resin sheet. SOLUTION: Toys in which educational elements attracting the interests of toddlers such as a whistle, a mirror, a mascot, cloths with different materials, a bell are incorporated are mixed with pieces 2a, 2b of building blocks, and the same effects as generally used intellectual training picture books made of fabrics can be acquired. That is, in these flexible building blocks having the intellectual toys which comprise a plurality of pieces equipped with a flexible core material and a surface layer material, a plurality of kinds of toys of which the materials or the intellectual elements are different are respectively attached to a plurality of the pieces 2a, 2b and so forth constituting one set of the building blocks.
