PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting display device whose design can easily be changed at low costs. SOLUTION: A bonus lamp 300 is provided with:a holding part 301 for holding LEDs 302; a film 303; and a lamp lens 305 obtained by working a Fresnel lens for diffusing light, for example. This holding part 301 holds the LEDs 302 by a prescribed array pattern. The film 303 is given a prescribed color and a design according to the model consisting of drawing/characters/marks. The film 303 is a thin film form and translucent. In order to change the design of the bonus lamp 300 accompanying the model change of this game machine, the film of an old design is replaced with a film given the design according to a new model.
