PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient housing tool capable of treating the excrement of a dog or cat kept in each of homes both indoors and outdoors, and a roll-shaped toilet tissue paper. SOLUTION: This tool is characterized by installing a thick paper which is not present conventionally, at the outside of the roll-shaped toilet tissue paper, eliminating a thick paper core presenting at its central part, housing it in a housing tool and pulling out the paper from the central part of it to treat the excrement quickly for solving the following problem. Since although the tissue paper is a convenient handy material used for treating excrement of the dog or cat, in a flash toilet, the tissue paper cannot be flashed away. Then, the toilet tissue paper can be used, however, the conventional roll-shaped toilet tissue paper is considered to be made so as to be used by rotating the roll from a fixed tool mounted in a toilet and peeling off.
