PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick and simple method for quantifying mixed chimera in transplanting hematopoietic stem cells in high sensitivity and quantifying capability. SOLUTION: The method for quantifying the mixed chimera comprises making a quantitative analysis of DNA in the mixture of respective DNA amplified products for a plurality of specimens using one or more sets of primer sequences for amplifying a microsatellite region and a plurality of fluorescent marks.
