PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water flow control valve capable of eliminating necessity for equipping two hot water heat-exchangers with a plurality of flow control valves, embodying the device in a small construction, forming the valve element in a compact constitution, and setting the hot water supply amount properly, and provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle equipped with such a flow control valve, capable of being embodied in a small construction, and performing an effective warming mode operation in the by-level mode. SOLUTION: The hot water flow control valve is to supply the hot water supplied from a heat source to two hot water heat-exchangers using the hot water as a heat source, is equipped with a hot water inlet hole from the heat source, a hot water return hole to the heat source, and two hot water supply holes to supply the hot water to the two heat-exchangers, and is configured so that the hot water from the hot water inlet hole is fed flowing to the return hole and at least either of the two supply holes, and the air-conditioner for the vehicle according to the invention is equipped with this hot water flow control valve.
