<p>beta -Heteroaryl-alpha -alanine compounds (I), are new. beta -Heteroaryl-alpha -alanine compounds of formula (I), as diastereomers, enantiomers (or their mixtures, including racemates), free bases, salts and/or solvates, and their solutions, are new. [Image] Y', Y'' : H or Y' + Y'' : X 1>=CR 1>-CR 2>=X 2>; X 1>, X 2>N or CR 3>; R 1>, R 2>H, halo, alkyl, haloalkyl or alkoxy, or R 1>+ R 2>optionally substituted aromatic ring system; R 3>H, halo, alkyl, haloalkyl or alkoxy; R : alkoxycarbonyl or acyl; R 5>H or COOX''; X'' : alkyl, aryl or NR 6>R 7>; R 6>, R 7>H, alkyl or aryl; X' : H, alkyl, aryl or NR 6>R 7>. Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation of (I), and (2) preparation of N-protected beta -heteroaryl-alpha -alanine compounds.</p> |
