TYROSINASE INHIBITOR, ACTIVE OXYGEN RETARDER AND SKIN CARE PREPARATION FOR EXTERNAL USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent tyrosinase inhibitor and an excellent active oxygen retarder, and to provide a skin care preparation which is used for skin, exhibits a more excellent bleaching action and a more excellent active oxygen controlling action than those of conventional skin care preparations for external use, can control the production of active oxygen, and can exhibit an anti-inflammatory action.

SOLUTION: The tyrosinase inhibitor contains a grape extract as an active ingredient. The active oxygen retarder contains the grape extract as an active ingredient. The skin care preparation for external use contains the grape extract. The skin care preparation for external use further contains an anti-inflammatory agent. The skin care preparation for external use preferably furthermore contains at least one selected from glycyrrhetinic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, guaiazulene, sodium ascorbate, ε-aminocaproic acid, licorice extract, aloe extract, rosemary extract, Scutellaria root extract, green tea extract, horse chestnut extract, sea weed extract, and ginkgo extract.
