<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium capable of well recording and regenerating with a laser with a wave length of 300-900 nm, especially a bluish purple laser light selected from a range of a wave length of 400-410 nm, and a new bibenzooxazinyl derivative which can be suitably used for the optical recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The optical recording medium is characterized by comprising at least one kind of bibenzooxazinyl derivatives in at least one recording layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
