PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow details of a credit transaction like credit settlement to be recognized at the time of payment of a price.

SOLUTION: A settlement server 120 accepts information of a commodity beside price information as purchase information, and a report information generation part 121 takes out price information and commodity information from accepted purchase information and generates purchaser report information on the basis of the taken-out information. The generated purchaser report information is sent to a user terminal device 130 by an information report part 122.
