<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily judge the collision even when an rotating object has a polygonal shape, and to provide a freedom to objects arranged in a game space. <P>SOLUTION: A game machine 10 includes a CPU 40, and the CPU 40 judges the collision between the square rotating objects which are arranged in the two-dimensional game space, and a player object. When they collide with each other, the position of the player object is corrected, and a game image indicating the contact state of them is displayed on an LCD 14. When the rotating object rotates, the rotating object is decomposed by using a plurality of right angled triangle shapes. The CPU 40 determines that either one of the decomposed right angled triangles is the right angled triangle by which the hitting is judged, based on the position of the player object. When the player object is apart from the oblique side of the right angled triangle by a specified distance to the outside from the right angled triangle, it is judged that they do not collide with each other, and when the player object is not apart by the specified distance, it is judged that they collide with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
