<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create the flow of processes for manufacturing a desired product, even if the capability of machines in a printing house is not known well. <P>SOLUTION: The product is expressed by its attribute, and respective manufacturing processes are expressed by data of a plurality of resources, including data etc. of the attribute of a partial product becoming the object of the process, physical consumption goods and machines required for the process. With a final product as a start point, the processes are decided in the order of going back to a first process whose object is a matter to be printed which is not processed yet, in a manner where a process immediately before manufacturing the final product is first and a process before it is next. The flow of the processes in the state of a net sometimes may include a plurality of selectable paths.
