摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method which does not stand out an image degradation keeping a responsivity until an image display in the image processing method for taking in by turns, compressing, transmitting and displaying the image.

SOLUTION: When it is decided that a change area exists in the image to be processed at a step S3, the image is compressed by a compression system with a high compression ratio. When the image to be processed has no change area and a definite time passes at a step S7, it is decided as a static image and is compressed in a compression system with a low compression ratio and low distortion.
