SYSTEM FOR LOCKING FIRST ELEMENT AND SECOND ELEMENT, WITH SEAT WITH THIS LOCK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system capable of entirely reducing manufacturing costs without a need of manufacturing and assembling tolerance of a latch and a control member.

SOLUTION: This system (7) for locking a first element with a second element is mounted to the first element, and includes a control member (19) suitable for acting in a direction perpendicular to a pivot pin (12) of a latch (15) designed to cooperate with a substantially linear anchor member (9) fixed to the second element by a user. The control member (19) further includes a housing (22) for housing a finger (17) of the latch while the latch is located at a lock position for avoiding rotation of the latch (15) with the pivot pin (12) as a center.
