PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency module which can convert an electromagnetic wave of a TE mode into an electromagnetic wave in a balanced TEM mode without adjustment, and can be easily miniaturized. SOLUTION: The module is provided with a waveguide type waveguide path 3 having a 1/2 wavelength type TE mode resonator 2 formed in its inside, an E-surface coupling window 4 formed on a wall 3a orthogonal to an H surface in the walls 3a to 3e constituting the resonator 2 in the waveguide path 3, an output line 5a disposed on the port edge of a wall 3d side parallel to the H surface in the window 4 and being coupled with a magnetic field to an electromagnectic wave in the resonator 2, and an output line 5b disposed on the port edge of an wall 3e side parallel to the H surface in the window 4 and being coupled with a magnetic field to an electromagnetic wave.
