PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a grounding of two face (side face and bottom face) of a circuit unit by one member. SOLUTION: Connection pins 6a of a connector 6 are respectively connected upper and lower pin receivers 11A, 11B by mounting a circuit unit 5 on a structure case 3. At this time, a plate spring member 23 disposed at a side face part and a bottom face part of the unit 5 is contacted with inside face part and a bottom face part of the structure case 3 and an upper chassis 14, and an upper chassis 13, a lower chassis 13 and a frame 15 of the unit 5 become same in potential, and the grounding is secured. With the spring member 23, around the vicinity of the connection part of the connector 6 is surely sealed. Particularly, since a plurality of pawls to be engaged 23Ac, 23Bc formed at the spring member 23 are detachably engaged with engaging parts 23c, 23d formed on the bottom face part of the structure case 3, the spring member 23 is surely contacted also with the bottom face part of the structure case 3.
