PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleaning effect of an information recording medium by liners capable of wiping off fine dust as a dust countermeasure against a disk cartridge by which high density recording is possible. SOLUTION: The liners 6 attached to an upper shell 2 and a lower shell 3 of the disk cartridge 1 are constituted of non-woven fabric formed by extra fine fibers of 0.05-10μm fiber diameter of divided fibers obtained by the fiber division processing of fiber division type composite fibers to reduce factors causing the generation of recording/reproducing errors.
