PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition capable of keeping the sealing effect by preventing the displacement of a contact face of a side peripheral face of the partition and an inner peripheral face of the existing pipe from a specific installation position, even when the partition installed between cut faces in the pipe, receives the load such as water pressure from the fluid flowing in the pipe after cutting the existing pipe. SOLUTION: An anti-vibration pin 22 kept into contact with a lower face of an upper lid part 5 is fixed to an inner side face of a casing 10 at an installation position of the partition 4 in the casing 10, and a fixed plug screw 23 for pressing the upper lid part 5 from an upper part to a lower part is mounted in a state of being projectable from an outer side of the casing 10 to an inner side of the casing 10.
