PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous hot-dip coating device of a metal strip capable of consistently rotating a support roll without any drive. SOLUTION: In the continuous hot-dip coating device of a metal strip having a sink roll and a support roll which are supported by a bearing and rotated in molten metal, the relation of Ds/Da≥3 is satisfied, wherein Ds is the diameter of the support roll, and Da is the diameter of a shaft part of the support roll, and the support roll is rotated without any drive via the friction force between the support roll and the metal strip as the metal strip is passed through.
