HETERO TYPE PENTAMER RECOMBINANT VACCINE

A hetero type pentamer which is composed of fused monomer(s) (32) comprising a fused protein of an immunogenic amino acid sequence with the amino acid sequence of a mucous membrane-binding protein monomer and nonfused monomers (20) comprising the amino acid sequence of a mucous membrane-binding protein monomer; and a homo type pentamer which is composed of fused monomers comprising a fused protein of an antigen originating in the outer structural protein of Japanese encephalitis virus with the amino acid sequence of a mucous membrane-binding protein monomer. The above hetero type pentamer or the homo type pentamer is usable as a vaccine.
