The inner heat exchanger (1) for a high pressure cooling medium has an outer cylinder (2) enclosing an inner cylinder (3) provided by a flat pipe (5) with microchannels (11) for the high pressure cooling medium, the cooling medium with low pressure collected in the interior of the inner cylinder. Channels (14) are provided between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder for flow of the cooling medium with low pressure from the top to the bottom between a low pressure input (7) and a low pressure output (8).
