<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a seal part to be permanently usable by avoiding the breakage of a seal member while guaranteeing predetermined sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: A partition member 1 for partitioning a cylindrical member 2 into a high pressure side storage chamber R1 and a low pressure side storage chamber R2 forms a flow path 13 in a thick portion between an annular recessed groove 11 in which the seal member 3 is stored and an end face opposed to the low pressure side storage chamber R2 for allowing the communication of the annular recessed groove 11 with the low pressure side storage chamber R2. When the partition member 1 is moved in the cylindrical member 2 until the seal member 3 reaches a swollen diameter portion 21 of the cylindrical member 2, the outer periphery of the seal member is separated from the inner periphery of the swollen diameter portion of the cylindrical member to allow the communication of the annular recessed groove with the low pressure side storage chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
