<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional therapeutic exercise apparatus having safety for a human body and generating isoviscous load effective for a muscle strength training as artificial motion resistance for purpose of therapeutic exercise training and evaluation for rehabilitation or muscle strength training for an athlete or health promotion. <P>SOLUTION: This three dimensional therapeutic exercise apparatus includes measuring means 2 and 3 for measuring output on the human body side, and a motor control means 11 for controlling a motor 1 according to output measured by the measuring means. The motor 1 generates an isoviscous load resistance (τ) expressed by the formula: τ=f(μ×v), and the isoviscous load generated by the motor 1 is transmitted to the human body by a transmitting means.
