<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an offset movement speed to a sheet conveying speed of a conveying means capable of conveying the sheet and offset-movable to a direction crossing against the sheet conveying direction. <P>SOLUTION: A stacker is provided with a paper delivery roller 507 capable of conveying a recording paper and offset-movable to a direction crossing against the recording paper delivery direction; a tray stacked with the recording paper conveyed by the paper delivery roller 507; an offset motor 510 for offset-moving the paper delivery roller 507 to a direction crossing against the sheet conveying direction; and a control part for controlling a sheet conveying speed of the paper delivery roller 507 and the offset movement speed of the paper delivery roller 507 by the offset motor 510.
