<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure for actualizing the opening/closing operation stability of a casing, and to provide an electronic device with the hinge structure. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge structure comprises a hinge casing 30 arranged between a first casing 10 and a second casing 20, first and second turning shafts 31, 32 fixed to the hinge casing 30, first and second supporting members 41, 42 for turnably supporting the first and second turning shafts 31, 32, respectively, first and second recessed portion groups formed on the outer peripheries of the first and second turning shafts 31, 32, fitting members 61, 62 to be fitted to the first and second recessed portion groups, and elastic members 71, 72 for pushing the fitting members 61, 62 against the first and second recessed portion groups. The shape of each recessed portion of the first recessed portion group is different from that of each recessed portion of the second recessed portion group.
