PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a part abutting against the nozzle surface is deformed to be sucked in when a negative pressure is brought into a cap member and sealing is broken to cause leakage. SOLUTION: The cap member 116a comprises an elastic member 151 having a forward end part 150 abutting against the nozzle surface of a head 34 and a substantially track-like plane shape, and a nonelastic member 152 for holding the elastic member 151. The forward end part 150 of the elastic member 151 is provided, on the outer surface side thereof, with a constricted part 153 in cross-section and the inner wall face 154 is enlarged in the forward end direction at least at a part ahead of the constricted part 153.
