PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has a large matting effect, excellent thermal shrinkage and excellent mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises 2 to 50 pts.wt. of a specific dienic polymer and 98 to 50 pts.wt. of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 6 to 45 wt.%.
